1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Saldorite Technologies website and any services, software, applications, platforms or digital solutions provided by Saldorite Technologies ("Saldorite", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Saldorite Technologies provides technology and software development services, which may include:

  • Custom software development
  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • Digital product development
  • Business systems and platforms
  • Automation and AI solutions
  • System integrations
  • Digital transformation services
  • Technology consulting and related services

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, pricing and responsibilities for a particular project may be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement or other written agreement.

3. Project Engagements

Where you engage Saldorite to develop or provide a specific solution, the scope of work will generally be agreed upon before development begins.

Changes to an agreed scope may affect project timelines, resources and fees. Additional work outside the agreed scope may therefore require separate approval and pricing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, access credentials, approvals and other resources reasonably required for us to perform the agreed services.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable systems or other client-side dependencies may affect project timelines.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees and payment terms will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may be subject to payment requirements before development, delivery, deployment or continued support.

Additional work, changes to scope, third-party services or other expenses not included in the original agreement may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Saldorite retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, reusable components, libraries, development methods, tools, templates, know-how and other intellectual property used in delivering services.

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable agreement between Saldorite and the client.

Clients must not reproduce, redistribute, resell or otherwise exploit Saldorite's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain solutions may rely on third-party services, technologies, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, mapping services, communication services or other external platforms.

Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, availability requirements and privacy policies. Saldorite is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control arising from third-party services.
